Traffic Swarm is a free advertising program similar to a traffic exchange. If you open a free Traffic Swarm Account here you’ll get the following benefits:

I thought it was about time that I wrote a review of Host4Profit, since I have been using them as a host for the last 2 years now and since this is an integral part of the Plug-In Profit program.
If you'd like a full rundown of Host4Profit features you can read this here , but here's a quick run down of the main features:
- 800 Mb of disk space
- 10Gb Traffic per month
- Unlimited pop email accounts, autoresponders, mailing lists and email aliases
- Access via FTP or control panel
- $5 per month to add on hosting for a new domain
- $10 per month referral commissions for everyone you refer
On a personal basis I give Host4Profit full marks for reliability and support. I have rarely had down time or technical issues with my site. When I submit a support question I have always received a helpful response within a few hours.
The only downside is that the $25 cost per month is higher than some of the competing hosting companies. This is more than compensated for me by the fact that I receive hundreds of dollars in commission per month through the host4profit referral program (which is only open to people who have a host4profit account) and I host 3 of my other websites with Host4profit, so the total cost for hosting all four websites is just $40 per month.

SFI, which stands for "Strong Future International" is one of the 5 programs that make up the Plug-In Profit Site.
SFI is a division of a company called Carson Services, which was founded in 1985. SFI itself has been around since 1998 and is thought to be one of the largest affiliate networks in the world, with tens of thousands of affiliates in over 200 countries worldwide.
I joined SFI in 2004, just before I signed up for a Plug-In Profit Site and I'm currently a Silver Team Leader in the program.
There are a number of different ways to make money from SFI:
(1) Promote SFI's Products and receive commissions - SFI has hundreds of products including vitamins, cleaning products, magazines, books, memberships to the International Association of Home Business Entrepreuners (IAHBE), domain name registration, pet care products, coffee and tea.
